Special Considerations:  Fitting the programmed spaces onto a tight urban site in downtown Clarksburg created special construction constraints. While this design-build project was done in cooperation with the Owner/Contractor to provide a fast-track project our firm also provided contract administration for the overall project. Our project team was competitively selected.

Construction Cost: $6,450,000
