Structural System: This is a 6,300 s.f. single story building. The roof system is framed with metal deck supported by steel bar joists. The walls are constructed of concrete block supported by conventional spread footings. The main floor is slab on grade.

Special Considerations: The building is located adjacent to a 4-story building. The roof, walls and foundation systems were designed for extreme snow drift loading created by the adjacent building.
