Description: The additions to Green Bank Elementary-Middle School include two elementary classrooms, a special education room, preschool room, media center/library, computer lab, office space and a sprinkler system that serves the whole building. The renovations include the conversion of existing library & computer lab to middle school classroom space and teachers planning area.

Structural Systems: The structural system consists of reinforced masonry with shear walls to resist lateral loads. The first floor is slab-on-grade. The asphalt shingle roof is attached to OSB supported by prefabricated wood trusses. Foundations consist of concrete strip footings. The exterior façade is brick with CMU backup.
