Structural Description: This building was designed according to the 1996 BOCA National Building Code for use as a lamp and lighting retail store. L.A. Gates Company provided the structural design for this 5200 s.f. Butler building. The building is comprised of 4440 s.f. of retail display space and offices, and 760 s.f. for a stock and shipping room.
