Description:  This 10,000 ft  pre pre-engineered Butler building is used as a distribution center for medical supplies with a 2000 s.f. office area attached. The distribution area includes dock facilities and truck accessibility on a limited parcel. Site design work included all site surveys, cut and fill calculations, erosion and sediment control and storm water detention. Modifications to entrance road were also required to provide accessibility for large truck traffic.

Special Considerations: This was a design-build project.

Cost of the project: $300,000 built on time and within budget.
